Our Mission: Providing a unique and flexible educational environment where individuals feel safe, valued, welcomed, and respected. In our programs, students are given opportunities to develop foundational skills that demonstrate mastery.  We believe successful individuals become responsible citizens in the future.

The goal of AEC is to be the place where any student who wants, or needs, to do school differently can come to be supported. 
We have currently six programs within our umbrella:
Discipline, ISAEP, Bedford Connects, Adult GED, Employment Exploration Extreme, and Homebound.
